"I hate to provide this low rating since the facility was excellent and my uncle received good treatment. However we had a very bad billing experience post visit. Uncle was visiting from India and he needed an invoice showing paid charges so that he can claim from his insurance company in India. During the treatment billing staff had a Zoom call where they offered an upfront all inclusive fee of 349.00 so that there are no other future charges. Excepting a credit card payment receipt, nothing was shared. Upon returning he received additional invoice of $387.00. We have called three times. We were promised that the additional charge will be waived and a proper invoice will be sent by email. It is never received. Account number: P6720997. It is incredible amount of anxiety for the elderly man who is trying to file claim to his insurance company for reimbursement. Thank you."
"Very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Kaufman was very caring, pleasant and calmimg attitude. She was in no hurry to push me out the door. She asked was there anything else she could do. I asked for a blanket she brought 2 warm ones. Listen she put 1 on my legs and around my shoulders while I sat in the chair for the results of my swab test."
"I came into Urgent Care due to a problem with my ankle, therefore, I could barely walk. The staff helped me too take care of all my paperwork and get me in the back speedily. The customer service and friendliness made me feel better overall and then the ability to have the on-site medication was a plus."
