"I've been affiliated with Chen med since they come to Miami Dade. Little by little the quality of service has been deteriorating. When you call it's a nightmare to find someone to answer the phone. Today I showed up for an appointment just to find that the podiatrist is not working (nobody call me to let me know) they reschedule my appointment to more than 2 months from today. Also I called yesterday for a refill so I can pick it up today, that call was useless, nobody transfer my request to the pharmacy. So now I'm wasting my time waiting for the process of authorization of my refill. (The people at the pharmacy is very nice and cooperative) but they have their hands tied because the burocratism. Has I said in the beginning everyday Chen it's getting worst."
