"This clinic is the biggest garbage anyone could pass by. They insult you to pass the time to your face, this business needs to shut down, it’s disgusting, ill be calling OSHA, BBB, whatever needs to be done so they can do thorough inspections, this place is disgusting with all the disrespectful workers and front desk, my mother (an elderly) was disrespected in the lobby by the front desk, if you have any elderly moms or dads that you’re thinking of bringing here, DONT. they will treat them like trash. I hope the ugly old front desk man that’s there gets what’s coming to him. Trash. Wish you could rate -0 to this dump. It’s very clear why all the reviews are so bad, it’s only a matter of time before they shut down."

"I did not have a good experience over the phone, they told me a price for the medical check-up at the residence and when I arrived it was not like that, when I returned to pick up the famous person in charge of that procedure he was rude and has no ethics whatsoever to perform that function, especially all when they prioritize the people they want without respecting the order of the list. It is a shame that because of some people who do their work without desire, people have to go through that. I was waiting for two hours while other people arrived with referrals and went out to the moment."

"The staff is friendly and I found them to be helpful. The ambiance and atmosphere is quite informal but they get your tests and vaccines done fairly quick if you don’t go during peak hours. Overall it’s a decent facility providing decent service with older Cuban doctors who often treat you like a friend or family. English only speakers may have some difficulty communicating but part of the staff does speak English."
