"Placed online order as I was walking since. Greeted promptly and asked what my name was, she said there was 1 person in front of me and then she would make my order. I was in and out in under 3 minutes and my coffee was perfect!"
"Horrible experience. Every single time we come to this location they don’t have multiple drinks or food in stock, they lack in service, from rude baristas to bad drinks, and for years they are understaff and use this as and excuse to have bad service. They leave customers waiting in line for a while without any notice if they have all the drinks and food in stock. Plus because of the way the drive tru is set up there is no way to leave so we still have to wait until everyone leaves to get out.There is literally nothing good I can say about this location."
"Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Is it run by teenagers? Waited in the drive through for 45 min for a PREPAID order. I would have walked in but I had my dog in the car so I opted for drive through to get her a pup cup. Never again. My coffee was cold by the time I got it and the flavor was off so I’m assuming it was made incorrectly. Waste of time and money."
"Asked for a strawberry frappe with vanilla bean powder and java chips. I received my drink with no vanilla bean powder and no mocha drizzle and on top of that i had to wait at the speaker for a good 12 minutes when i was the only one in line. Employees are very welcoming and nice but never seem to follow instructions lol"
"We were driving and decided to grab some coffee on the way from Orlando to Miami as this place is off the I-95 exit. Honestly, best Starbucks experience (and I travel a lot out of state). So clean and beautiful! Peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff, art and flowers everywhere. If I lived in the area would come there often"
