"Highly recommended!! The Lady at check in gave me all the information through the phone and was super friendly. The nurse was super sweet and on point with the ultrasound! The doctors work is seamless, you barely feel a thing...TMI and explained everything before and after the procedure even gave me extra Antibiotics to prevent any type of infections. They also have a 24hours phone service if you have any questions even at 3AM. It also includes a 3 weeks follow up appt, all included in the procedure. Thank you so much ladies ;-)"

"I came in to this place at 8am and didn’t leave until 1pm because the doctor wouldn’t arrive. They kept telling me that he was on his way, he arrived 5 hours later. Dr. Pierre Eugene arrived and didn’t even apologize for being so late. He was not gentle at all when he did the Pap smear. He was very rough and insensitive. The overall experience was terrible. If you’re willing to wait just make sure you ask who the doctor will be so you can avoid Dr. Pierre!!!"

"I was there today even with the hurricane Dorian going on they still called me to update me that they will be opened and working today. They two ladies that work there are really nice, and the dr. Was super kind and helpful. Yes I waited for a little while but isn’t it like this anywhere you go. Plus, I really liked this place because it was super super clean compared to other places I’ve been to in the past!! You could also call or text them with any questions. "Let me tell you, I was super skeptical and nervous about getting a procedure done here. But my experience here was way better than I imagined. It's honestly the cheapest option available locally, and they are able to work with you even at a pretty late point. I was at 11 weeks but I saw other woman come in for termination from about 16 weeks I was surprised. They even do ultrasounds too to find out where you are at currently which was neat. Very important, you must know your blood type or they will find out themselves for you and it's a 25$ extra charge for the test. The day of the termination appointment I was EXTREMELY nervous. Honestly if it wasn't for the staff I would've had the worst doubts. They noticed I was feeling nervous about the whole situation (which I'm sure it's easy for them to spot that since they get clients everyday) and they instantly made me feel welcomed. safe, and secured. They told me I was in really good hands and she explained the whole process and what to do after to recover. This is probably where I got the most mixed emotions, as I was pulled up to the room to do the procedure my legs were strapped up for support and to stay still, let me tell you I was FREAKING OUT. What I loved is the nurse and doctor immediately made me giggle and laugh and not be so anxious in the moment! Once they give you the medication ... I don't even remember falling asleep. I don't remember waking up I don't even remember what was the last thing they said to me until I was KO. which made it way better! they put you in a recovery room afterwards with a heating pad for about an hour, and they release you but never alone you must be accompanied and taken home by someone. Great facility and thanks so much again for making me feel comfortable and going thru a successful surgery at a tragic time. It's normal to still go thru emotional stress. but if you ever feel the need to make YOUR choice and fastest and safe procedure, please make this place an option to look into."
