"Doctor was nice and attentive but the desk staff is unorganized and passive aggressive. The office is also unorganized and dirty. The front desk has papers everywhere and it looks a mess. This doctor should find a better office because she’s actually good."

I will file a complaint to my insurance, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and OSHA. The vape lady had all my person information with at at least 6 other patients personal information on her desk visible for everyone to see"

"The best experience I have had at a drs office. There was no wait at all and Vanessa was the best! She really strives to give the best care possible. It was very busy but she somehow managed to multitask and take care of everyone and was very kind and pleasant the entire time! Dr Tsakadze was incredible. The most thorough Dr I have ever been to. She took her time listening and genuinely cares about helping her patients. I finally feel like I’m in good hands and would highly recommend her."

"I really can’t begin to explain my sadness, anger, and frustration with this office. They are honestly the most disorganized, flaky, and hard-to-contact business I have ever seen in my life. Dr. Ellen Edgar was great the one time I got to see her. I came into this office because I was having recurrent stroke-like symptoms. On arrival, I noticed the frustration of all the patients waiting inside. They had appointments set, and the doctor was running extremely behind schedule, causing a lot of them to have to reschedule. This should have been my first red flag, but I ignored it. Later on, I was written a prescription by Dr. Edgar, which I would never end up receiving. I was given a date for my EEG in their office, which they would later reschedule the night before, and then never let me schedule a new appointment. I was told I would be called about my MRI and MRA appointments, but I was never called. I would leave messages on their voicemail, and I would not get any response. I was supposed to have a two-week follow-up appointment to go over the results of my 3 tests. But when the 2 weeks came and went and I had 0 tests done because of their disorganization, I had to reschedule my follow-up appointment. But again, they’d leave me a message telling me they were canceling, but then they would never answer or respond to my messages. So I was never even able to make a follow-up appointment. A month later, I get a call from them; they can make an appointment for my EEG but now they no longer take my insurance. I tell them that’s fine and that I will go somewhere else instead but I would just like to be sent my paperwork and referrals. I was told they would be sent to my email the next day. It has been a week and a half, and I know I will not be receiving anything from them. The only way to communicate with these people is to drive yourself to the office. Before you schedule an appointment with this neurologist’s office, please read all of the negative reviews first. You will see a common pattern."
