"If I could give zero stars, I would . The experience I had with the particular person . I believe she was Hispanic - because of her accent ( not discriminating) just don’t know how else to describe her. You could tell by her tone, and choice of sentences she was very rude and not in a selfless mood as she should try to be as someone who deals with patients. She answered the phone without saying hello, or good morning, with a very careless attitude. I greeted her with good morning, and my name and how i needed help. I wanted to know approximately the wait time and she responded by saying exactly this “you didn’t finish your registration”. Which is not even close to what I asked. I then gave her attitude because I didn’t like her approach and am not stupid - i felt disrespected. It would have been nice if she would’ve tell me something like hi Daniella I see you started but you did not finish your registration or I can’t tell you exactly how long but I can give you an approximate, and how many people there are . But no, I had to ask her again, since you didn’t answer my question. She proceeded to not answer me again, just saying that i need to finish my registration, which then I had to ask her again, and then she finally gave me an answer saying , “there’s 6 people waiting and I’m not sure blah blah.” She finally gave me an explanation, and I told her that wasn’t helpful. ok i understood very well, but the whole interaction was unclear, she was in a bad mood obviously and is not trained well. I understand if there’s a language barrier but i will not be disrespected. also wanted to respond in Spanish , but i didn’t even think i should waist my breath any longer. Para la que me “atendió” hoy en la mańana, hoy es mi cumpleańos y no me gustó para nada tu manera de ser. Por favor si vas a trabajar ahí con gente que necesita ayuda te lo suplico encuentra otro trabajo. Espero que este día solamente era una ocasión gracias. When I feel the need to say something I will this is my second bad review in my whole entire life by the way. God bless you. I just want people to be nicer in this world"

"I went to get checked for Covid symptoms. They close at 8 & I got there at 6:20. Due to the fact that they didnt want to take anymore patients, they told me it’s a 2hr wait & sent me away to another clinic that closes at the same time, that’s 20mins away, as well as another patient who ended up at the new clinic they sent me to. Disgusting character that needs to be rectified."

"Wanted to give a shout out review to the Medical Assistant, Andrea. She was professional, effective, communicative and bubbly. I ended up having the flu and she explained all tests and then results. It was quite crowded in waiting room…checked in on phone and when processed, was told a two hour wait. It was approximately that. At least we knew ahead."

"Went to this facility for a sore throat. The lady on the front desk was rude and looked as she didn’t want to work there. The waiting time was reasonable and the Doctor and assistant were very professional."

"I was seen quickly after walking in with no appoinment. The doctor had very good insight on my illness and really listened, my nurse was thoughtful and attentive- checking one of my stats a second time to see if it changed, and the receptionist is a wonderful genuinely friendly person who set the tone for a great experience."
