"My Care Medical has destroyed this office with the new medical philosophy of putting dollars over patient care. I recommend not going here for care unless you feel the same way. It is impossible to accomplish anything without a billable appointment that you can't get because its too overbooked. The office staff is extremely rude, sarcastic, and not helpful at all. This is not care for anything!!! My dog gets better care than I have received here. Patients here are numbers and billable items, not patients. My Care Medical does not care about people and it blatantly shows in the ways they do day to day business. Do not Believe the colorful website with the obviously fake backstory and care model. I hear recently that the current doctors are even leaving due to the new corporate policies and challenges with caring for patients. We deserve better, after all without people like you and I they can't keep the doors open. Along with myself, others will likely be leaving as well. You Have Been Warned!!!"

"If I could give this practice 0 stars, I would. I am an established patient with this practice. As many others have stated, it is close to impossible to get in touch with the office and you can just forget about them ever calling you back (despite them promising that they check voicemail every hour on the hour). As it is, I have currently been calling the front desk for the last 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone for "new patients or to make an appointment." I work 6 days a week and do not have time to spend HOURS waiting for them to pick up the phone. I had my yearly physical examination at the end of 2023 and was subsequently sent a bill via email the very next day for over $650 and had also double charged me for vaccine administration (I only got one flu shot, not two). I managed to get ahold of their billing department who told me that was a "mistake" and to ignore it, as it hadn't gone through my insurance and then told me that I had not been charged a double vaccine administration fee. I am horrified to think that this could be standard practice and how much money they are stealing from people."

"AVOID this practice if you can. They have been my provider for the last three years. There is something wrong going on behind the scenes. I have had at least one new primary each year due to them leaving the practice - same for nurse practitioners (you can NEVER) see your doctors under normal circumstances. In 2024 they dropped my insurance and instead of contacting me in advance letting me know they're making this change they only told me the morning I had scheduled my annual physical - I had already done blood work, the day was literally the first day AFTER open enrollment changed. They wouldn't put a manager on and they failed to call me back as they promised (and yes I was being polite). If you have the ability to avoid this practice do yourself a favor and avoid."

"Dr Dominguez is hands down the best Dr I have ever had. I will continue going only for him. The staff does NOT answer the phones. You will sit on hold for 30mins before finally reaching someone who has to transfer you to someone who is probably unavailable. Wether it’s a call back from a message or answering the phone at all, front desk communication sucks!!!!"

"I give 5 stars to Dr Dominguez and Lindsey Lee.I have been seeing them for a couple of years and they are caring and professional. They take time to talk to their patients. Ever since they changed companies to My Care Medical they want to control which doctor they want you to see. If they try to change my doctor I am not going to be happy. That’s not right to do to patients. Patients should be able to see which doctor they want to see. I am glad I was able to find Dr. Dominguez and Lindsey Lee in that Practice."
