"Everyone at the office is so amazing. I worked with both Shawn and Jeff. They were so helpful with setting up appointments, personalization of exercises, and helping me set up long term plans for exercises at home. They printed out worksheets for exercises with sets and reps and advice on how often to do exercises at home. If I ever felt like I was extra sore that day or was having issues due to over extending myself at home, my plan was reassessed for the day to stretch and do less strenuous exercises. They give the option of heating packs or ice packs at the end of every session and the option of using a 10 machine. Overall a very welcoming environment."
