"Dr. Shen and his staff had assisted my mother abd through a very difficult period. I was struggling to have my mother released from a hospital where she was not receiving the care that she needed. My mother was not conscious and was on a ventilator. Dr. Shen and his staff at Duxlink were there for me every step of our journey. When I needed help with outside agencies they all assisted me. The organization is very hands on. When I had an issue with a prescription at the pharmacy counter shortly before closing I was able to reach Dr. Shen without any issue, and he contacted the pharmacy and found a resolution.
