"The wait is absolutely ridiculous for the Jupiter and Okeechobee location; typically the earlier the appointment is scheduled, the less waiting you’ll have to do - NOT HERE ! You can literally have the first appt of the morning (8:25a) & still not see the dr until 10:06a just for him to spend less than a minute seeing you. Imagine sitting in an overcrowded waiting room with a 3 year old. They really need to get it together. If you don’t mind people being inconsiderate of your time, by all means this is the best place for you but if you expect punctuality , KEEP LOOKING !"

"I unfortunately did not have the liberty of choosing this doctors office. They are apart of the VA community care program and it was the only option I had for a Neuro-opthomologist. I'm still sitting waiting for a doctor over 2 hours past my appointment time. I have now lost out on work and am an important client because my drive to get here and back to work is over an hour. Am I allowed to leave ... No because the VA then penalties me, and my opportunity for care. If this is your only option for care. Recommend not doing anything else for the day. Disregard for peopls time is disgusting. I'm a small business owner and lost out on income due to this had to cancel and refund clients."

"My experience with this health care provider was nothing short of a nightmare. Their blatant disregard for privacy laws (hippa violations), exemplified by staff members who not only hung up on me but also treated me with outright disrespect, is unacceptable. This disrespect is also played out with the reception in person as well, as they slam the window shut and walk away when trying to get help. Wait times were up to 4 hours. The overcharges only added insult to injury, making it abundantly clear that their priority lies in financial gain rather than patient well-being. As if that weren’t enough, the waiting room resembled a chaotic circus, further emphasizing the lack of professionalism. I would STRONGLY caution anyone seeking care to look elsewhere for a provider that values both your health and dignity."

"Honestly, Dr Simons is amazing but the wait time is terrible especially with a toddler. My daughter and I had to wait almost 5 hours past her appt time just because they overbook their patients. Even after dilating her eyes we STILL had to wait 2 hours to go BACK into the room. I just don’t understand why they overbook excessively, I work in a drs office and find this just unacceptable. I have a newborn that needs me at home I shouldn’t have to be spending all night in the office. If you’re new and considering this practice make sure you are prepared to wait :("

"This Dr must have serious problems!! Got there 8:15 for my 8:40 appt. Waiting Room small and full of ppl waiting standing up. 9:10 Dr was not even in the office staff tells me I have to ask the Dr why they booked me 8:40. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They hide their names (not displayed). They Have no clue at all of what is Customer Service and dealing with public! They are mentally off. Everybody in the room was complaining!! This place is a complete mess!! Stay away!!!"
