"My personal experience here is very unpleasant it’s an unprofessional environment the ladies at the front desk is semi nice as soon as they close the door you can hear them talking about you in an distasteful manner and the doctor Puccio is very rude i will honestly never go back there he tried to humiliate me in front of his staff I honestly think he’s a bit racist but that’s just my own personal opinion. He assumed I did drugs cause my husband who is licensed to smoke drove me to my appointment and I guess they smelled smoke but instead of asking me or even drug testing me they chose to humiliate me. Awful terrible experience! And im still in pain! They never helped me!"
"Dr. Palazzolo is such an amazing doctor. He has such a big heart and he is very passionate about helping his patients to achieve a better quality of life post injury. I can feel it, that he puts himself in your shoes to get a full understanding of everything you are feeling and going through, not just the pain but the stress and anxiety of your situation as well. He is thorough and takes his time with you. Your visit will never feel rushed or superficial. Nothing will be left unaddressed. I’m a firm believer that you are only as successful as your team is strong. He has a very strong team standing beside him every step of the way. You can feel the energy when you walk through the door. They are all in stride together and that’s what makes their practice so successful.
