Appreciated the thought out details like diapers of various sizes in the bathroom, incase of emergencies. We visited the office for approximately 10 weeks. In and out quickly each appointment. "The Cranial Technologies Jupiter office was a pleasure to visit. The facility is nice and clean, perfectly set up for babies with toys and wipes and a diaper changing station, and equipped with the technology needed for imaging the baby’s head shape and analyzing the progress made. The staff - Nina and Krysta - are very nice and loving on the babies, too. They educated me on how to care for the helmet and how to help my baby adapt to wearing it. Overall, they made an otherwise overwhelming experience to be positive and fun."
"We are so impressed with this business and office. It was super clean and such an inviting environment! Diana the office manager was amazing and very helpful and Nina our therapist was so sweet and professional! And of course she was excellent at what she did, my sons head is perfectly round now! One thing I would add to the office is a merch store so you could buy new stickers for your helmet every few weeks and maybe some stuffed animals, so that when you’re done with your helmet you can display them on the animals at home!!"
"Tessa & Diana have been amazing through a challenging treatment process for us. They are kind, thoughtful, skilled and clearly dedicated to what they do. My little girl has needed numerous adjustments so far & they go above and beyond to respond to calls/emails. Very glad the Jupiter clinic is now open!"
