"This doctor’s office is impressive, because Taylor is a good listener, empathetic, collaborative, and curious. He interacts very well with patients, and I feel comfortable to tell him my concerns and my ideas. He speaks softly even if he doesn’t agree with me. These days, it’s rare to find a doctor who remembers a face from one visit to the next, but he remembers. It’s even more difficult to find a doctor’s office where the staff is nice on the phone, but this office’s staff is actually very nice. Furthermore, the waiting room is pretty, with comfortable chairs, coffee and water, and the patient does not wait more than 5 minutes to be called. Within my 30 years in Florida, it’s the first doctor or doctor’s office that I can sincerely praise. I am using my work’s email, but I am a patient."
