"The doctors here are great. My only issue (and it’s a big one) is with the front desk/scheduling. I called months ago to reschedule an appointment, upon doing so I marked my calendar when they told me I was all set. Today they call me and ask to confirm the OLD appointment date, and that they have no record of me rescheduling. Talking to others I know who go here, I’ve heard similar stories about random cancellations, and changing appointment dates without the patient knowing. Really disappointed that I have to put this much time and effort into scheduling a simple appointment."
"We have been coming here for years for our health needs and today we came in to see the Dr, we had a 3:00 appt for myself and a 3:15 appt for my husband. At this time traffic is bad and we were here at 3:18pm when we walked in we were greeted by Monaya who immediately had an attitude and told me I was late. I explained that this was due to traffic and that my husband was seeing the same doctor we always do our visits together. She told me I had to reschedule knowing well traffic was horrible and we were seeing the same doctor. Zero understanding or empathy for us as patients. I do not recommend this under the new administrative staff. Dr Harris has always been amazing and we wish her the best but we will be changing providers due to manaya and the rest of the front desk staff."
