"No wonder this place has one star reviews on yelp LOL. I have never, EVER experienced such a b.tch of a receptionist until I called this office. I have been dealing with major discomfort and I needed a certain procedure done, which my insurance was fully willing to cover as long as I found a doctor in network. Cosmetic or not (it was deemed medically necessary by my primary doctor). I was directed to this office, as they have multiple doctors listed as in network for my insurance. As soon as I called to schedule a consultation, the woman at the front was condescending, rude, mocking, and flat out refused to even let me discuss the procedure with a doctor because they “will NOT submit through insurance.” and shes “not sure what I thought or who even does that.” Even though they are in network. What is the point of being in network if you won’t use it? She even said “uhm well were you born with it or something? like is it a defect or something?” and interrupted with “mm mm no” everytime I tried to speak. My medical issue was not her place to inquire about. The fact I wasn’t even able to schedule a consultation regardless of whether I was paying out of pocket or through insurance because of her nasty attitude was enough to drive me away. I usually get my work done in Beverly Hills on Bedford but I wanted to fly home for this one. Nevermind. She needs an attitude check, and I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism coming from such a place."

"Dr. Pillersdorf and his staff are fantastic.I travel to WPB from Jersey for my surgery and skin care. Everyone there are pleasant, professional and welcoming. If you are lucky, Thelma will be one of your nurses. Nothing like the TLC from the Pillersdorf team."
