"The wait in this office can be long, so I was happy to have an 8 AM appointment one morning. When I arrived and signed in, I learned that there were 4 8 AM appointments. I saw Dr Caruso at 10:20. Once I saw him, i liked him, and he did not rush me at all, seemingly oblivious to the fact that he had people waiting for hours. A good Doctor and a terrible office. "One of the worst run offices in Palm Beach" as one of his fellow doctors put it to me. Today, my last visit, to this office, I tried to drop off a report of a MRI I had in NY that Dr. Caruso's nurse had asked for, and I was told by the very rude receptionist that I needed to make an appointment to drop off the report. Co-pay harvesting I guess."
"I was satisfied with my doctor visit, which I would give 5-stars, however, upon my departure, I waited for a few extra minutes because the two ladies at the front desk were talking. Instead of pausing their conversation to wait on me they continued. It was apparent, the conversation wasn't significantly important. I would just suggest that perhaps they receive a little more training on awareness of taking care of the patient before chatting about their personal activities. I think that could correct the situation so it reduces the likelihood of it happening again to other patients. Thank you."
