"I love all the doctors here.. This 1 star review is solely because I cannot get them to answer the phone. I get a call today while I am in a meeting for work saying they need to review test results with me. I have called back 8 times throughout different times of the day today. I still cannot get anyone to answer their test results line. This is the second time this has happened with test results - last time I had to call 10+ times before getting anyone to answer. I understand they are busy, I get it. But test results are important and they need to prioritize having someone available to answer. All this does is create anxiety and worry - especially as this is my first pregnancy. PLEASE do better so I don't have to switch, because the doctors are wonderful."

"As a new patient, I was very impressed that I received a call from the office before my appointment to be informed of my financial responsibility. I did not have more than five minute wait time before being seen by Sara, who completed my ultrasound, and she was delightful, took her time and made us feel warm and welcome. When it was time to meet Dr. Jones, my husband and I felt instantly welcomed, she usured us that our scan and imaging looked healthy and was incredibly personable. I have only met with the nurse practitioner at my existing office before my referral to Dr. Jones, but I am considering switching if possible just by the level of comfort and professionalism from this visit. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for a provider!"

"My initial visit went ok. My appointment was at 12 pm, but they didn't call me back until 12:30pm. After the initial appointment, it has been so stressful. I did important blood work, and they have been sitting on it for almost 4 days. I am still trying to get someone to call me back about the results. I never received an email either. I was told to make an earlier appointment because the Port St Lucie office hadn't opened their schedule yet. I did so today. The woman, in that department was rude and short. After talking back and forth, she had gotten to the point where she didn't want to tell me she was putting me on hold. I thought she was just waiting for me to hang up after waiting for awhile. She came back and moved my appointment closer proving I was right (not that I wanted to be, but she kept telling me I was incorrect about what the doctor had told me). This is my first child, so I am already scared and nervous. They made things worse. I wont come back to this location anymore or do any further testing with them. Update: I received a call from them a few minutes ago. The report came back with issues, so I have to see another specialist! They sat on this for 4 DAYS before telling me this! Now I have to wait to see when the next availability is to see this NEW SPECIALIST! SHAME ON THIS OFFICE AND HOW THEY HANDLE THIS!!!!!"
