"I had a good size Basil Cell removed from my lower left leg. I was told that I didn't need to stop my blood thinners. The evening of the surgery I began bleeding and spent the next 10 hours at the emergency room getting treatment and an additional 8 stitches. I called the office and they had no doctor on call. The only person I spoke with was a nurse the next day who said she was sorry. The office manager never reached out to me. This is her job. She should have reached out to me to make sure I was OK. When I brought it up to her while getting my stitches out She apologized but really didn't seam to care. I will never come back here..."

"Avoid this place like the plague if you can, unless you enjoy dealing with billing issue after billing issue with a completely incompetent billing department. Every single visit to this practice leads to me having to spend significant time correcting their billing errors, and I literally mean every single visit (over several years). I always have to reach out multiple times to actually get a response and it must be via email because the billing department doesn't answer the phone nor return phone calls. They don't apply payments correctly (no matter how many details you provide when making the payment) so you end up continuing to receive statements after you've paid the balance. If you're lucky enough to remember paying it previously then you still have to work hard to get a hold of them to have them apply the payment correctly. The latest problem for me included a single office visit where I paid the amount due in October. In December, I then received three separate pieces of mail all on the same day. It was the exact same statement in every envelope! Unfortunately I didn't recall paying it at the time so I paid it again and now get to deal with trying to get a refund. The doctors and most of the staff at this location are fine, but the billing department will force me to look elsewhere for my dermatologist needs moving forward. It's a shame because it's so close to my house and they know my history, but this latest problem is the final straw. So save yourself the headache and look elsewhere, unless you're building a straw house and are short on supplies"
