"Am not a patient at this clinic. And I thank God for that. I accompany my friend to her visit. As soon as she signed in she was asked to go into the room. Then one of the nurses comes in and says your biopsy is not here yet she waited over 2 weeks. Courtesy call would of been nice. Then 2 ladies walk in, we were expecting the doctor. We're informed that the doctor moved to another office. They don't have the courtesy to introduce themselves or even say hello, good afternoon. The one accompanying what was to be filling in for the doctor, we were supposed to see. Has the results from the biopsy, which we were told was not in. (Lack of communication) worrying my friend even more. She's explaining something, my friend didn't understand, the assistant Refused to translate. She was asked her name and just kept quiet. She spoke our language. We get out to the reception, just to sign out and get an appointment. The receptionist, starts to tell her that if the scab doesn't fall, she would need a biopsy done on her face. She's not the nurse, doctor, no business saying this, most of all no compassion, No people skills what's so even. Like they say when the cat's way the rats will play. (Doctor was not in the office) My friend is changing medical plans, so she never has to visit them again. They burned an area so hard that they burned her face and was bleeding. Call them and the reply was stick a sanitize needle in it and pop it. Hello in the face close to the eye, can get infected. We have forgotten, hello, thank you, how can I help you, a smile, enjoying what you do, if not change jobs. So they get 0 ⭐."

"I have been going here for over a year. By far the best experience I have ever had at a medical office. I have never waited more than 5 min in the lobby or when I get into the exam room. The ultimate in friendliness and professionalism. I have really bad white coat syndrome, and I actually look forward to going to see Dr Tim and his staff. If I could give them a 100 stars I would.
