"I checked in, was quickly assessed/triage and walked directly to my ER room. Dr came in, talked to us, gave us the game plan and executed it. I was taken care of quickly & efficiently. I'm grateful that the ER & it's wonderful staff were there for me."

"I went to Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital's ER based on other reviews. I could have chosen a closer ER or even a Hospital that was more familiar to me based on having gone there to visit other people but I chose to go to South Seminole. They didn't disappoint. The staff was expeditious but very caring. My nurses met my needs without me even asking - Simone brought me a warm blanket knowing I was going to need one upon removing my sweater for my IV which she administered without hurting me at all!! ECG and chest xray were done quickly too. Now I did spend quite a few hours there but heck it is an ER so to be expected plus they had to run lab work and a second set which had a follow up time of 4 hours so we HAD to wait. So all I am saying is hospitals need to understand people have choices and caring and concern go a long way. I felt cared for here but I also kept calm and let them do their jobs. If we all come from a place of good intentions I think we can make things easier and better for each other."

"From the moment I got to the ER everyone was friendly and caring. It was quick with no wait time. Check in staff to Nurses to Nurse practitioner to the doctor were all fantastic and explained everything perfectly. I always choose this location for ER visits because I have never had a problem."

"Well let me start by saying that I have never had an experience at a hospital quite like this. Normally nurses are a LOT nicer than doctors. This however was not the case at this location. The nurses we're not the nicest but the doctors were outstanding! I kind of felt like I was in an episode of Twilight zone. The nurses refused to listen to me and to be honest they all seemed......mad and like they didn't want to be there. But not one but two different doctors came to speak with me and actually sat down and listened and checked on me multiple times! So long story short this location was strange but I think I might come here again because the doctors were phenomenal!"

"We have had to visit this ED a couple of times for random health scares. This staff is AMAZING! From the security guards at the front to the ladies at check-in, they are so kind! We had a great experience with the nurses, technicians and doctors too! They were so professional and gave us answers quickly. It is so important that in a moment of uncertainty, quality care is provided. That is exactly the experience that we had. A special shout out to Ingrid at the front desk who is so warm and lovely.
