Dr. McNichol made me feel very cared for, personally talked to me during my appointment and every time I needed to speak to him after the appointments or in between the next one. His bedside manner is unmatched too. I couldn’t be happier to go on our journey for a baby with any other doctor. He answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed each time. Go see him! "I wanted to get a little more detailed with our review because I was one that read through reviews after the consultation and I was like omg! Should we look elsewhere given that I read a couple of bad ones and was not sure how to move forward. But the whole team is amazing and we truly recommend them on your fertility journey. We actually worked with Carlos Lucena from the first consultation through the fertility testing and when I tell you this man is so geninue, so amazing, so caring, very very knowledgeable and he shows he truly care. He took his time to explain everything to us and made us feel so comfortable. When performing testing on me, he was very gentle and talked to me throughout the process. Especially the HSG testing because this one I was truly nervous for, but he was so gentle, I did not feel a thing. We love Carlos, he is truly such a sweet soul. Also the nurse Ally, she is amazing, sweet and gentle as well. Even for the HSG testing, as mentioned I was very nervous, but she spoke to me and even held my hand in the beginning portion as emotional support - love her for this. Kelly who is the front desk representative, always answered all my calls and questions. She called me back when she said she would, and she is so sweet and caring. Deidra is the office manager and we also did not experience anything bad with her. There were some financial questions we had and she gave us a call back on a Sunday to walk us through it. The next day we had to go in for a testing and while I was waiting for Ally to come into the lab room, Deidra, acknowledged me, said hello, shook my hand, asked if everything was OK, and if I needed any more clarification on anything. She was very approachable and was very kind. Dr. McNicol was the one who gave us our testing results, and he was genuine and very knowledgeable. He walked us through our results and his recommendations. Overall, we had a great experience, and the whole entire staff is wonderful, and they show they care for you and your partner. Thank you so much for everything. Because of your help, guidance, and support, we received the answers we were looking for and now know how to move forward. I am so glad we did not listen to the bad reviews and went through our experience and let me tell you, it was wonderful and you won't regret it! Thank you Fertility of Orlando!"

"HORRIBLE PROVIDER. SHADY. FAKE REVIEWS. CROOKS AFTER YOUR MONEY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. We went through 2 IVF cycles with them and they made my wife very sick. Turns out the doctor never tested her and gave her higher than needed dosages which likely caused the first cycle failure. The second time, they had my wife waiting in the transfer room for an hour while ON THE TABLE and she called me crying because they FORGOT about her. This place is run by scammers that are after your money, not your personal needs. The doctor is very unprofessional and does not care nor has any bedside manners. It turns out he never ran the appropriate tests to ensure readiness for transfer so he can keep scamming us out of more money. What a loser. My wife was so sick after the second transfer that Dr McNichol never called her back even when she called the nurse a few times. IT MADE MY WIFE SO SICK THAT SHE GOT NERVE DAMAGE AND IS STILL SUFFERING MONTHS AFTER THE TRANSFER. At this point, we have serious trust issues with this clinic and have moved our embryos to a storage facility as we feel that they are mishandling and or selling them to other patients as a malpractice. Sharing this review as a public service reference as we don’t want others to go through what we had to. We will take legal action and report them to the attorney general. They have a malpractice lawsuit coming their way. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. HIGHLY SUGGEST TRYING ANOTHER PLACE."

"This was one of the best fertility centers I've ever been to. All of the locations in the Tampa Bay area are overpriced or do not have all of the testing that is here. I had to travel 3 hours one way but it was well worth it. Dr. McNichol did an excellent job explaining to my wife and I on all of the tests we did. He was very professional and if we ever needed anything else in the future we'll definitely return. I'm very grateful for everything."
