"The level of care and concern was not what I expect, especially when entering a baycare facility, where I am always treated with a proper amount of probing to figure out the issue. PA Lisa looked in my ears, said nothing was wrong, and wrote me a script for clotrimazole. Not worth the time or the $100 copay. I would never return to this office, especially after giving the treatment over a week, but still experiencing the same symptoms. How can a medical professional look at my problem area, claim there is absolutely nothing wrong, then write me a random prescription for something unrelated to the symptoms? Work needs to be done both educationally, and regarding bedside manner - patients should not be dismissed so easily. Can't wait to see my eob, and how much this office got away with charging for zero beneficial care."

"Reception staff was nice. Wait times was great. Only 5 mins maybe. Was there to t have the doc look at a nose issue. Doctor performed a routine check of ears nose and throat. Then a quick look in the nose with the camera hanging on the wall. Total time at the office 15 mins, no surgery or prescriptions, just a check. That includes the 5 minute wait in the lobby. Bill with insurance was $350 dollars. For 10mins? This is just another example of medical price gouging. Not saying it's ENT's fault but that price is ridiculous. Where my issue comes in and why I gave the low star rating is I paid a lot of money and I had to follow up on two things I requested. Itemized receipt and surgery estimate. They have my email yet they only tried to call once. Days went by and no other attempt to reach me but the one phone call. For that amount of money you could at least be on your game. And don't bother requesting an appointment via the online portal. They will only try to call you to actually set it up. So unless you sit by the phone all day waiting for that call you won't actually get an appointment, so just call them and sit on the phone. It is way less aggravating."

"Both my wife and I were having ear problems. We scheduled an appointment with Dr Parasher based on her education and I had seen her one time several years before. Her nurse that took us back to the exam room was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I even asked her if she was a PA and she said she was in school working towards being one. No doubt she will be a great PA. Doctor Parasher came into the room and she started looking into my wife's ears and then into my ears. She said she wanted me to have a hearing test. I told her I had hearing aids and she said that was okay and that the hearing test will tell if I have interal ear problems. She told my wife the same thing but added that she wanted my wife to do a balance test also. That was it and she left the room. We did not know anymore at that point then before we went there. We were disappointed in the lack of concern from the doctor and thought she would have explained what our problems may have been or asked us more questions about our symptons. We decided to have the hearing tests done to see if there was any internal pressure or problem with our ears. We went to ENT Associates hearing specialist and she introduced herself as a doctor. I was very doubtful that she was an MD and had to look up an audiologists when I got home and yes they can earn a doctors degree in audiology. She explained she was going to have me go into her soundproof both and I was to respond to sounds she would play. Well it certainly wasn't sound proof. I could hear the people in the next office talking back and forth and my wife had the same experience except she could also hear the doctor fussing with papers etc. I have had better hearing tests at big retail box stores. I asked the doctor a question about my ears and she was not able to answer it. She said I needed to ask the doctor about that. Next my wife had a balance test scheduled but we had to cancel it due to the huricane. As soon as we got back into town she called to reschedule the test but had to leave a message. After seveal days she still had not received a call back. So I called and I to had to leave a message. And again no call back ever came. So my wife called again and she left anothe rmessage and after a week and not hearing from anyone we decided to cancel our follow up appointment with doctor Parasher. We feel she is incompetant and uncaring and at this point had no faith in her or the pratice she worked for. We have been to see another doctor and I am glad to say we are both back to feeling normal once again. Neither my wife or I recommend Dr Parasher or the practice she works for"

"I don't recommend buying hearing aids from this location. We were promised a $2,000. rebate 90 days of purchase. We have receipt (bought in June) and now October still no refund. We been on the phone multiple times on following up, and we found out that this ENT is not registered with Bluecross Blue Shield. This is after us not them making many phone calls to both the ENT and the insurance company. Apparently they have 50 other clients in same boat as us. They don't care or want to help after they have your money."
