"I go to the Largo, FL office & have been with Gardner Audiology for more than 10 years. I respect them for telling the truth about hearing & what your costs really are. I said once if you need a hearing aid you can get it from anywhere. If you want a hearing aid with the Drs. who will work with your providers, go to Gardner Audiology, Largo. Dr. Dan Gardner & his staff will take care of your hearing aid needs. Just got my new Starkeys from. Dr. Joshlyn Jacob & they more than take care of my hearing! I trust him so should you."

"My appointment on my letter states today at 10:45… I drive over there go in and was told my appointment isn’t until Monday at 10:45. Going to cancel not only because of the miss schedule but this place only has a 1⭐️ rating… that’s a huge RED FLAG. No thank you."

"Gardner bought out the business of my previous audiologist. My first several interactions were on the phone with Gardner rescheduling my appointments. On the last time the called me to reschedule, with less than 24 hours notice, I let them know they could not keep rescheduling as it's a hassle with changing time off at work. When my appointment time came and I went into the office, I was notified of the $40 office fee for the day. I let them know that was not correct, as with my original package, this was my final appointment that was included. The gal looks in the computer and notifies me that expired a couple weeks before. I advised that since they were the ones that kept rescheduling me, I would not be paying the fee, and she told me she was not authorized waive it. I had to let her know she needed to get it authorized immediately, as I was absolutely NOT paying. They did finally agree to not charge me. As I was talking to the person assisting me, she let me know she was only servicing my hearing aids, but my tinnitus sound masking was a separate appointment and a separate fee and would not be done on this same visit. I let them know they needed to do a better job of communicating such changes, as the appointment I was originally scheduled for was for everything, like always. All snarky, her response was "Well, we sent you a letter!". Yes, that said nothing more than ownership changed. I found another audiologist through a referral of a friend of mine, so I got all my records and sent them over. My first appointment there was yesterday, and it was GREAT! She was patient and asked a number of questions so she could best help me. Do NOT use Gardner under any circumstances. They are money hungry and rude. You will not feel welcomed by these people. The are other better audiologists available for you to pick from. Sadly, a 1* rating is the lowest I can provide. If I could provide a 0 or a negative rating, it would be even lower."
