When it comes to go to urgent care I always prefer Baptist Health!! They could get better seats for the patients to wait but they are okay."

"The staff of the urgent care is excellent. Since my arrival at the desk all employees from the desk clerk to the security person were extremely helpful and nice. Once in the inside the consultation room, the nurse, the XRay technician were efficient and friendly. The nurse practitioner (Raisa) was caring, professional, knowledgeable and was able to describe the reason for my cough and what medications would help me to get better. Thank you"

"Good attention, but had extremely long wait before I got treated. A large number of medical personnel was there, but their effectiveness was extremely low. For example: 1. Just about everything done for me was done by two people when only one was necessary. 2. I observed a Lot of milling around by several people just socializing. 3. A nurse came to ask me a question about medicines I was taking as listed on your system to which I replied I was not taking it; he then said he was going to bring his list to update it, but he never did - he just disappeared completely from the area. I know he didn't make any corrections because on my follow up visit today ( 2 days later) another nurse again asked the same question and the incorrect record was still on your system. The nurse replied that it was common for medicines to reappear after being removed - this is an incredible situation that must be corrected."

"We got there minutes before they were about to close. My 15-year-old son had been throwing up all day and we decided to take him not realizing the time. The employees at the front desk immediately took my information and we were inside within 5 minutes. They noticed my son was running a high fever (104) and quickly put an IV to hydrate and bring the fever down, considering he was unable to hold anything in his stomach. The nurses put ice pads to cool him down, tested him for Covid, streptococcus and the doctor saw him within 5 minutes of being inside. They determined it was influenza b and kept checking on his fever. It wasn’t until the fever went down under 100 about 45-50 minutes later that they let us go about an hour after coming in and their closing time. Amazing! They gave us great care and attention and sent us home with a couple of prescriptions to pick up the following day. My son slept well and is feeling much better today. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend and will be back for any urgent medical need…"
