"I recently visited this rgent care facility with my 10 year son , and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the level of care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen by a doctor. The doctor (Dr. Elgozy) took the time to listen to my concerns about my son and thoroughly examine him. He was very knowledgeable and professional, putting me at ease during a stressful situation. The facility was well-equipped with the necessary medical equipment, and I felt confident in the care I was receiving. The doctor explained my diagnosis and treatment plan in a clear and understandable way, answering all of my questions. The nurses and medical assistants were also top-notch. They were kind and compassionate, providing me with the necessary information. I appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to make me comfortable. Special thanks to Samantha. Overall, my experience at this urgent care facility was excellent. The staff was exceptional, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the level of care I received was unmatched. "I have been going to this practice for many years at this point and I have been very pleased with the bedside manner of all the doctors, nurses, and other staff here! Scheduling is always very easy and I love having a doctor’s office that is also an urgent care center. I am able to receive most of my bloodwork there and I can also bring my children in with me if multiple members of the family are ill. We are always treated well and accommodated."

"Edit review: besides the terrible experience that I had today, Dyanne went out of her way to recover what happened. She tried to reach out multiple times while I was traveling and even found a temporary solution to my my problem. I don’t want to allow a bad experience to discourage anybody to use this practice. As I said Dr. Mones and Dr. Brittany are the soul of it and don’t deserve to be penalized because of a “bad apple” Original: 15 year patient of Dr.Mones I have been driving 60 miles each way to see him after moving out of Miami. Today I had a terrible experience over the phone with one of his nurses/office reps that made me decide to unfortunately leave for good. I have been denied a refill of a daily medication because I am not able to get a blood work within 24h due to a business trip that I cannot cancel. Everything good until I was told that I am the problem because I have this work conflict so they cannot do anything for me. When I asked if stopping the medication suddenly for three weeks would have cause any medical issue I was answered “I don’t know. It’s your decision”. Blame a patient for not knowing “the rules” and not being able to drop everything + put someone health in danger because of it, it’s absolutely unacceptable !!!! It is really unfortunate to have to deal with people of this kind who are supposed to “care” but what is most unfortunate is not being treated by Dr. Mones and Dr. Brittany who are the heart and soul of this practice."
