"Dr Furmaster is an excellent physician, however the receptionist will not try to help. I was treated as a 2yr old ; they have a blanket policy refusing medication refills if you miss an appointment. I was Not aware of this policy not verbally told about the policy. Each person should be treated as INDIVIDUALS. I ended up with $200 trip to ER due to side effects of Not having my medication. My blood pressure was 210 almost stroke level. I am 66 never abused a medication I've taken since 2006. It is SAD that I had to suffer through all this to get someone's attention from his office. I feel that messages and requests never reach my doctor. Also requested a call from my doctor and was given the 3rd degree ;told he will not call me. NO one should be treated as a BLANKET READ THEIR FILE LET MY DOCTOR DECIDE MY TREATMENT AND not office managers!"
