"I was initially satisfied with the doctors at this practice, particularly Dr .Elvira de Silva, until I actually needed a doctor to address medical needs. I had multiple emergency room visits, chronic dehydration despite drinking tubs of pedialyte, inability to eat for days and additional symptoms leading to me being unable to function. This was an emergency. I went and was charged for multiple visits and was eventually referred to a psychiatrist because they didn't believe me. Within a week, a new primary was able to diagnose me and I was having a Chrohn's flare up. I had never been diagnosed with Chrohn's. These people are good and nice, until you truly need medical issues to be addressed."
