"I have been trying to reach this office for a week and have not received a call back by pressing OPTION 9 to leave a voicemail. Just now the system switched over and asked me to leave a message after being on hold for 26 minutes !!! So…as the system mentions while you are on hold, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment it must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment or a non-refundable fee will be charged. So what are we supposed to do if you need to reschedule an appointment that you already have??? Hold for two days or hop in your car and drive there to avoid the non-refundable fee?"

"Really loved the demeanor and expertise of Dr. Gomez. It can be tough to get both qualities in a physician sometimes so I am very pleased! I highly recommend Dr. Cosme Gomez! The office itself is beautiful. The PA and medical staff were all equally attentive and wonderful! One staff member at the front desk would benefit from some professional development seminars on customer service. However, everyone else was lovely. The policy that you must give 5 days notice before cancelling to avoid extra charges is untenable. Nobody can predict when they might catch a virus and it guarantees that those with chronic conditions will fall victim to this policy making it essentially a tax on many disabled people."
