"I love Dr. Del Boca, but there is definitely something wrong with the staff running this office. This is not the first time I have been made to wait outside for over 1 hour with zero update from the staff, meanwhile their LUNCH order arrived and everyone disappeared! Drug vendors just arrived and walk in, you could hear the laughing, it literally sounded like a party. This is so unprofessional, when I complained they say "we will tell the office manager" BUT that is the problem. The Doctors probably don't even know. It pains me, but after 20+ years I will be looking for another Doctor."

"We were very happy with the service we’ve been provided by Dr. Bestard and his staff. However, last week my wife made an appointment for 9:30am. She arrived on time and had not been seen by 11:00am, so she decided to reschedule her appointment for another time since she had another appointment that same afternoon she couldn’t miss. My wife was able to reschedule the appointment, but unfortunately when she got to the lobby she realized they mistakenly kept her ID so she went back upstairs. By then, a room had become available and Dr. Beatard was able to see her. Then a week later we received a certified letter in the mail wherein they have kicked us out of their practice. We totally understand that Dr.Beatard and his team take their time with each patient and we too liked that level of attention, but we all have things to do too and our time is also valued. I would suggest that they (a) book less patients to allow more time for each patient and (b) don’t kick patients out simply because they question how much longer the wait will be."

"I’ve been going to this Gynecologist for as long as I remember with Dr. Bestard. Back in 2015, I made an appointment with a different doctor since Dr. Bestard was not available. NOW, I can’t make an appointment with Dr. Bestard because I saw the other doctor. HOW ABSURD! I’ve even tried talking to the supervisor but she was “too busy” to talk to me, even after I was on hold for 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous! I’ve never thought I’d go through this with this office. Please choose your doctor carefully because even if you don’t like the doctor you saw, you will NOT be able to change it later. Smh."

"Dr. DelBoca is absolutely the best doctor in Miami, he’s so caring which a lot of physicians aren’t now a days. He delivered my second baby girl, wish I would’ve been referred to him for my first daughter. The staff is amazing and I’ve never had any issues. I recently went to get my IUD insertion (Mirena) and this was the second time I’ve gotten it and I have to say Dr. DelBoca made it very pleasant, it didn’t hurt AT ALL.. I was only a little uncomfortable because my bladder was full but other than that it was quick and painless. I was very nervous because the first time I got it I did feel a little pain but this time, NO PAIN."
