"I went to this PT facility today due to the great reviews I read online. I made my appointment a little over a week ago after my MVA. I spoke to the receptionists several times and never did they mentioned that I needed a referral prior to my visit. I didn't think to ask if I needed a referral because I thought the process was different since it involve my car insurance instead of my health insurance. I planed my visit carefully and was excited to know that I was finally going to get some relief from this constant back pain after the accident. I felt very disappointed that it was canceled due to the office staff lack of communication. I hope in the future this information are communicated ahead of time with the patient. Time and quality service is very valuable, specifically with the type of service provided in this facility. I hope this review help a future patient get a better experience than what I received today. Update 9/22/23: After a rough start, I had to come to give an update. This place has been the best physical therapy place that I've ever been to. The staff are amazing! Especially Jose and the other physical therapist. They literally take their time to ensure you receive the best care. Most of all they put up with my crazy schedule. Thank you for all you do! The first experience is not the last because they more than made up for the simple mistake that occurred."
