"My appointment was at 10:45am but I got there at 10:50am due to no parking. Then I sat in the waiting room for half hour. Then I sat in another room inside the patient rooms for another half hour. Then I was seen by another doctor who was not my original provider doctor and it’s like she doesn’t know what the heck she was reading. My first provider knows all my lab work and he’s more understanding. So it’s whatever I don’t really care anymore. Instead of this place helping you to feel better, they just make everything much more horrible. She claims that I still have thyroid problems but I don’t. That’s a false misdiagnosis problem right there. I don’t have thyroid problems I have swollen lymph nodes which is two different things but it’s not like she cares right? So then at the front desk I was waiting for my referral for blood work and it’s like I don’t have to give them anymore blood tbh. They already taken out 8 tubes of blood and then another 2 set of blood and even the lady at quest says that my veins haven’t been healed right due to all the blood being taken out of. Then the supervisor wants to give me an attitude saying “next time you make an appointment make sure it’s with the right provider” and she gave me such an attitude like excuse you lady that’s your job to make the appointment and schedule me with the right doctor, that’s not my fault. So now it’s like they want more blood work but it’s my body and I have the right to say no. So no more blood work from this place ever again. I have missed enough classes for stupid things like this."

"Wow, Sanitas Palmetto clinic is amazing!! Special shout out to Dr. Paul Dillaway and his assistant Stephanie. Dr. Dillaway is the best doctor I have ever had - he quite literally saved my life - and he didn't even need to refer me to a specialist! If you are able to get him as your primary doctor, consider it a blessing! And Stephanie is the sweetest ever, she always brings a smile to my face, is so helpful, and genuinely cares about my health and wellbeing. I cannot express how grateful I am to this team and this medical center!"

"I have the best PCP I could ask for. Dr Ketia Dareus at Sanitas Pametto Bay is understanding, she cares, she takes time to listen, she checks on me. She is not quick to prescribe medicine, encouraging me to do better with my nutrition and physical activity first! Even more special is that she is from Haiti, my home country so we get to share a special bond!"

"I went here for an annual checkup that was included in my insurance. The office input the wrong codes and I ended up being charged for lab tests and office visit when it is supposed to be free once a year with my insurance. I went in person and was told they would fix it and to email them. I emailed Jose and Stephanie repeatedly and no response. The insurance and lab corp said the OFFICE input the wrong codes so they need to fix it. After no help I had to pay for services to not be sent to collections. Horrible experience and I will not be returning."

The Dra Denia Pedreira is the best in all Sanitas, she is very professional, dedicated, friendly and makes the patient feel comfortable. Yoly her assistant is very helpful and very knowledgeable about her profession.The PRC is very professional, friendly and excellent customer service. Visiting this center is like being at home. Congratulations!!!"
