"The receptionist at the front desk needs more help, as well as the other stuff members. Customer became upset with receptionist, she then took this problem out on me. Thereby creating a very stressful environment. The office was fairly clean. The time after l check in, was not long. Which l very much appreciated."

"Receptionists were both very nice and the facility was clean. I went on a Wednesday morning @ 10:30am, completed all forms online before walking in & unfortunately I was not seen until 3 hours later, which sadly made my issue worse. This was only after speaking up & asking for a ETA b/c I had a newborn at home who’s breastfed. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room with me that entire time. I would’ve left & went elsewhere but I had already paid my co-pay & I’m new to the area. I will be picking another urgent care in the future."

"Wonderful! Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Intake nurse was gentle and had a sweet bedside manner. Very caring! Dr Sanchez was thorough and understanding and funny. Overall great service! I will go here again if I’m in need of medical care."

"Not only did I waste $100, I was given the wrong medication with the wrong diagnosis which actually made me worse. The staff was amazing and sweet. However the male doctor does not know what he is talking about and actually made my symptoms worse. I wish I had a better experience."
