"They had my wife 15 hours without eat and drink nothing cuase the preoperation preced, cause de doctor was delay,they take appts and they get delay and they dont care that pacients wainting largest hours,super unconfortable situation where u had somebody important for u inside,i do not recomend this place and i will never return tho this place in my life,i thougth that i put my wife healt on secure hands but so far from that pacients here are no more that numbers,they dont care at all."

"I had a colonoscopy yesterday and other than the initial nurse that brought me to the room, I never saw another living soul. I was told someone was going to come talk to me, no one ever did. Until it was time for the procedure, and I was being wheeled into another room. I would like to mention names, but no one ever gave me their name. I was freezing and impatient with the long wait for the procedure to begin. Meanwhile, no one ever spoke to me. I went there 10 years ago for an endoscopy and I remember it feeling like a factory. Nothing has changed. I had an endoscopy done 6 months ago at Memorial Hospital West and the service was drastically different so in 10 years, I will be getting a different doctor that will ensure my procedure is done at Memorial Hospital West where they treat you like a person rather than a product on a factory line."

"I came there on September 8th, 2023 to do a colonoscopy. EKG were place on my upper right and left chest. I was given anesthesia meds. Everything went well with the colonoscopy, but after the procedure, the next day I saw two open bruise on my left chest with piece of the pads left in wound. It's as if the person just drag the pads off without even thinking about the bruise they would leave back. Not because I was under the anesthesia doesn't mean I am not human. i have surgical procedures before and nothing like this ever happen. Whomever did this should not be working in the health field. You have no empathy, no compassion, you are really a crude person. I called on Monday the 9/11/23. The receptionist said I should called the my Gastroenterologist. I was injured at Weston Surgical Center, not at the doctor's office. You cannot treat patient like this, now I have two scars on my left chest. This I will remember for the rest of my like, not very nice nurse or doctor's!! The sad part about this I did my review before I saw these bruises. No one called to apologize for this!!!!"

From checking in at the front desk to the follow-up call on the day after my surgery, every part of my appointment was incredibly efficient. There was no excessive waiting. Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable and ensured that I was comfortable. Everything moved quickly but was never rushed. I can't say enough about how excellent the entire staff is."
