"Although the staff was friendly during our recent visit to Urgent Care, I was frustrated by the long wait times and lack of communication about the process. We waited over 2 hours from check-in to discharge, even though others who arrived after us were seen first. My daughter was in severe pain with her injured finger, so the extended delays were particularly distressing. We were left in an exam room for over an hour before the doctor saw us, and even after being seen we had to wait for X-ray results. It seems like some of these steps could have been completed more swiftly while we waited. While I understand patient flow can be unpredictable at urgent care centers, clearer communication and prioritization of those in pain could have improved our experience. The kindness of the staff earns 3 stars instead of 2, but I hope wait times and process flow for those with time-sensitive injuries can be optimized in the future. More timely care when my child was hurting would have made the visit less stressful."

"Excellent, from the security guard, receptionist, nurses, radiology and doctor. Dr. Fernanda Ponce was exceptional, I haven’t seen a doctor like her in years. Very honest, she treated me humanity and respect. Excellent!!!"

"I presented to the Baptist urgent care on 13001 N. Kendall Dr. with abdominal pain. I was immediately greeted professionally by staff and assisted to a triage bed by my nurse Cynthia Rodriguez where I was immediately assessed by the nurse and quickly thereafter by the doctor ( Dr. Lopez) who determined I needed a CT scan. The CT tech was warm, personable and explained everything clearly. I was returned to nurse Cynthia who treated me with kindness and took the time to explain every step in detail. She was very thorough in her care, very knowledgeable, followed through quickly and not once lost her comforting smile. I knew I was in excellent care with a 5 star team. I would highly recommend this facility and would like to let administration know what a fabulous job their medical professionals are doing in our community. Thank you Sincerely, Josette Lage"

"Treated for fractured foot. Staff exceptional - security guard, reception, nurses, radiology tech and doctor. All procedures explained in detail making sure I understood each phase of treatment and post treatment protocol. Also, facility was very well maintained."

"I’m not one to write many reviews but my experience was so superior that I had to. I had an issue and the front desk was so helpful, compassionate, and understanding that it immediately made me feel way better as it turned out I have the flu. Tech Sam was the most amazing person there she truly loves to help sick patients and I don’t know if this makes a difference or not, but she deserves a big raise! She’s so compassionate! Tech Juan was also great and catered to my needs and front desk Grizel was super sweet and helpful as well. Together they make the best team and I would recommend this efficient, knowledgeable and fast urgent care because their staff is the best out there . Thank you again for all your help!"
