"Checked in online, in and out fairly quickly. My second time here and all the staff are polite and helpful. Was able to pick up my medicine from the nearest pharmacy under an hour. And love the upfront pricing!"

"Office staff was friendly and efficient I work in healthcare as a medical provider and was disappointed that the practitioner exhibited a poor and borderline unprofessional demeanor. Firstly, she came in through the door without any greeting and no identification badge to know who they are. Stood by the door like they couldn’t be bothered to sit and take their time with me. (ie I didn’t know if they were a doctor, PA or NP). Then without showing any compassion states they cannot accommodate my request for testing because I’m pregnant. I offer multiple alternative testing methods but she continued to refuse despite me expressing concern for complications associated with not testing and delaying treatment. The only advice offered was to go see my primary physician next day and an abx prescription for something I don’t have. Now, I can understand that not feeling comfortable doing a test on me is a valid reason but the approach and conversation addressing my concerns could have been way better and it saddens me that medical providers act like this towards patients. I left the clinic feeling angry, unsatisfied and disappointed along with my initial concern not addressed whatsoever. In my opinion was a waste of my time going there."

"I went it in for a simple procedure, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this MD Now, all in all it took me about 45 minutes in and out. Definitely my favorite urgent care now."

"Whenever I or some family member need urgent medical attention I always go to this office in Kendall. The front office attendants are helpful as I am not computer savvy to do the intake process. The medical assistant is great and the attending doctors are also great. I recommend this place!"

"Been to this location with my wife a couple of times now and on more than one occasion they have asked her to provide a photo of her license and insurance card to their website. I understand doing this on an initial visit but one would think they’d keep that information of file and simply verify if it is current. My wife is not feeling well which is why we’re at an urgent care and this upset her. I feel MD Now should make an effort to preserve patient information to keep from inconveniencing them at such a stressful time."
