"Though I appreciate the clinic response that they prefer to discuss issues on a personal level, the fact of the matter is it isi nearly impossible get get to speak with anyone other than a customer service representative that is unable to give details. Since this review and their response, they have avoided contact and made another charge on my credit card without submitting any invoicing AFTER written request to provide invoice prior to charging anything. The charge was made with notation of "past due charges" and I have never been billed or contacted about what was owed. Think twice before using this company. The people in the Hialeah office are all friendly and pleasant. However, they are fairly unorganized and do not convey information very well. The parent company is without a doubt the most unorganized and absurd entity that I have dealt with. I had an initial consult and provided all my information and insurance information. I was told everything was good and they scheduled some procedures. I started the procedures and with each visit I asked as checking out if there was any money due. EVERY time, I was told nothing due at this time. On the third visit when I asked the same question and was given the same answer, I told them I knew that the entire amount was not covered by insurance. The person at the front desk and another associate behind the desk explained to me that with their company, if a person was on Medicare that they did not do any invoicing until after all procedures were completed and the final insurance amount was confirmed. Two procedures later, I received a call two hours before the appointment from their main office saying that I had a delinquent account and if I did not pay immediately over the phone, they would not see me that day. Not only had the office told me nothing was due, I had not received an estimate of costs or any invoices. I explained the situation and let them know what the office had told me on multiple visits and their response was the office was wrong and my account was delinquent. I went to the office and was told I could not be seen because I had a delinquent account. I have not been back since and will not go to this company again. Once they finally provided an invoice, I paid the amount. Throughout all this time I received relentless calls and texts about billing, even after paying the invoice. Weeks later, the calls started again saying I was delinquent. Again, no invoice provided and yet I was delinquent. They finally provided an invoice via text with a link to pay. However, verification to my phone number had to be sent to access the link. They keyed my number in wrong and the link would not work. After 15 tries, they could not get the link corrected and over the phone they said they would send me a paper invoice for me to respond with remittance. A week later, two charges appeared on my credit card without any notice and the charges were for more than what was on the invoice they sent me. Now, I cannot get them to communicate with me or respond as to why the charge was more than the invoice. Best advice----- STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"

"I am a patient at the clinic in Palmetto Hospital, I loved the team, a true team, the Doctor is exceptional, has great hands for injections, highly recommend. Will be back for sure."

"This is the most useless company! You cannot get ahold of the actual office when you call, you get rerouted to their call center that has different departments. No one there has any idea what they’re doing other than their scripted responses. If not, the response is “I don’t know, sorry about that, I can transfer you” and then the next person is just as lost. You are told that you are covered by your insurance but they cannot tell you how much you have to pay out of pocket for the procedure. I went for the first visit because I was told that I was covered by insurance (even though I saw the other reviews on here). I was not charged on my first visit in which the ultrasound was done. I checked on my insurance website and it says that I might have to pay $1,100 to them , waiting to get that in the mail down the line; mind you they told me my first visit was fully covered by my insurance. There is more to this story but I will leave it here. make sure you verify with your insurance BEFORE you go, because they are not reliable. Trying to get information over the phone is impossible. They will gladly take your insurance information and make that appointment for you, that is where they are very helpful."

"First visit good experience the staff very nice . Second visits first treatment for spiders veins, the doctor very nice , I also share with family and friends how good it was no pain at all,that raise questions? Because everyone said the treatment is uncomfortable., what injecciones you received? Third visits 2 week in between, injections painful as should be I asked doctor why the difference between treatments? He get upset and said it was the same injections ,I said excuse me but not,he respond upset and said this injections are very expensive, I respond , well the treatment I'm paying is expensive to ,he stop the injections and said well enough for today. Resuming my experience I pay $920 for two treatments only one leg and that's was almost two months ago with no results .I didn't like the doctor reminds me about the injections cost , because I'm freaking paying for it!!!!!!! I Never return to continue the treatment,I feel I loose my money and time with no results just a imperceptible diferencie between before and after . when I just ask for a few seconds break to continue the injections ,He said ,oh women's!! , That was unprofessional no need for that comment , yes is painful!!!! And me and all pacientes we are paying your salary this is not for free!!!!. I never call back to the office to upset to talk to someone."

"I wish I could put zero stars. USA vein clinics let me to believe they were in network and then charged my credit card without consent at an out of network charge. Completely used all my flex dollars. I called and was lied to over and over again; they would promises call backs and never followed up. Now they emailed me that they are going to charge more money. This company needs to be held accountable. I filled complaint with my state, but they fall under some umbrella, so no consequences. I have emailed them at this email and no response. I have been calling and leaving messages since last week and no call backs."
