"I went to Concentra to do my physical exams. Even though there were many people, the staff did everything possible to shorten the waiting time. Judith was the representative who assisted me the entire time and made me feel very good. She answered every question I made with professionalism and kindness. Thank you!"

"I’m giving this place a single star because of what I learned on my visit. The facility and staff were great except for one individual. I went in for a physical exam required for a job I’m currently in hiring process and requires it. The individual conducting the exam is completely clueless of the test requirements. There are timed exercises you need to complete for the exam and after trying to explain to him how the test should be conducted I found out from him that he had failed several candidates in the same hiring process as me. He’s making up his own rules and parameters of the test. I was shocked after talking to him and told him he’s ruining people’s career chances. Failing this exam sets you back for at least two years. If you fail this exam you have to wait at least two years before you can reapply. To keep in mind there is an age limit which could potentially destroy your chances. After trying to explain to him how the test should be conducted, keep in mind I’ve completed this test for over 10 years, he was still trying to have the test done his way. One of the other staff member overheard our conversation and came over to us. She tried to explain to him the same thing I was trying to explain to him but he still was not understanding it. I gave up on him and did the test his way but also the way it should be done. Places like this should make sure the staff really understands how agencies want certain things done before taking on tasks as such."

"People were nice, but they do not pay attention to what they are doing there. I went there for urine sample to be collected for a drug test and the person kept calling by another name, confused my urine sample for someone else's and threw it away. In the end since I had already provided my sample, I had to wait until I produced enough urine to provide another sample. I would suggest they pay better attention next time. Because of this I was late for another commitment."

"I came for an alcohol, drug test and a physical exam, I arrived at the center at 8 am and it took 3 hours to receive terrible service. I think they don't take into account that people's time is very valuable to waste sitting around. They make people get upset, it's really too much, you lose your patience, the worst rating I have for this place and the girl who welcomes you doesn't speak English like her and doesn't even serve you ufff what a bad time for God's sake"

"The service was decent. The length of the visit was my issue. 2.5+ hours for a urine sample, simple vision test, and physical. I'm watching and hearing staff members walk around laughing and talking while I have to use the bathroom but can't because I need to give the sample, I watch the doctor who gave the physical walking around the halls, I hear a birthday party going on in the break room. Too much things are happening and not enough people trying to get patients out of there. Then after my physical, I'm told to wait in the hallway to be verified and I'm forgotten there. Starving in the hall. Had to get up to and ask if I could leave and they tell me I'm fine I'm good to go. #Forgottenpatients"
