"At around 10:30 AM I went online and made a same day appointment for 12:20. They had a pre-registration that I filled out before coming in which was just pretyy basic information about myself including my insurance information and carr. I was in and out by 12:30. Great experience for what I needed which was a vaccine."
"They suggested I make an appointment to have my son's ears cleaned. When we went to the appointment they said they couldn't clean his ears because of his blood pressure. Then they billed my insurance. When I called, they wouldn't remove the charge even though they never did the procedure. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the agent hung up on me! Beware!"
