"This number goes to a voicemail. After calling for 2 weeks to schedule a new patient consult and emailing, I finally received a call back. The woman who answered seemed upset and inconvinienced that I had called because this line was not for the “foot”. She then transferred me to a different doctor who works with them for this part of the body. All while making it seem that I’m supposed to know this. There is no indication anywhere online that this is the case. So how is a new patient suppose to know this? This situation could have been handled in a softer more professional manner. I recommend that they update their website to make this clear."

"Absolutely pleasant experience. Doctor was on time to my appointment and gave a very clear and detail explanation of what was wrong with my shoulder. Advised me of how to best care for it, and then welcomed me back if I were to keep experiencing the pain in my shoulder. Very caring and helpful. Would recommend anyone to go there. "Dr. Desimone and his staff are Top Notch! I visited multiple different doctors before I had my ACL Surgery. It was important for me to make a healthy recovery as I preform with a professional skydive team, enjoy doing triathlons, running, cycling, mountain biking, waterskiing, playing ice hockey, snowboarding, scuba diving and spear fishing. Its safe to say, I lived a very active lifestyle and I was worried about making a full recovery. Dr. D and his team including Eric and Paul along with his other staff made me feel comfortable through this scary time in my life. They were there before surgery, after surgery, PT and follow up meetings to monitor my progress and help me reach my goals.
