"Dr.Cardenas has been my OBGYN for over 6 years. I have seen the other doctos in the office and they are all friendly with great bed side manners.Dr.Cardenas is a great doctor but my issue is with the office staff. Its so hard to make an appoinment or make changes to it because no one picks up the phone or calls back after leaving voice message. I was just on hold for 15 mins only to be hung up. So many times due to staff i have considered changing offices. The doctors seriouly need to make changes in office management."

"If I could give a negative review on how poorly my wife’s visit was I would. Avoid this clinic at all cost horrendous customer service. I recently visited the Clinic and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The staff seemed disorganized, with long wait times and a lack of communication about delays. The facilities appeared outdated, and cleanliness was questionable. None of the actual namesake doctors were available or present in that day and presumably several other days from my conversation with other patients. It's disappointing to receive subpar service, especially when it comes to such a sensitive and personal area of healthcare. After an hour and 15 mins of sitting in the waiting room waiting to be attended, my wife went to ask the front desk associate to ask when she was going to be attended at that point the lady didn’t even know she was still here and assumed we had left even though we had been sitting in front of her for an hour and a half. At which point we waited another 20 mins to be attended. We got the earliest appointment available in hopes of being able to get all our test and works done. When we finally saw the nurse we told her the whole point of our visit is to get our first ultrasound done. At which they weren’t sure they could help us since they only have one technician. After us begging and speaking to a super rude manager who had no intention of listening let alone helping us, she told us they couldn’t because the technician was too booked. After which we had her go ask the technician again to see if she could squeeze us in due to the earlier mistake of the front desk associate. We overheard them talking in another room, To which the technician told her she couldn’t attend us today because she had a nail appointment after work. Overall, I expected more from a medical facility.This clinic falls short in terms of professionalism, communication, and overall patient experience. I would not recommend it to others seeking comprehensive and compassionate OBY care."

"Dr. Joseph Triana treated me terribly during my last trimester and thankfully I was able to get help from the Director of Mercy hospital Maternity Unit at the time years ago. Dr Triana put me under so much distress from threatening to induce me before my due date for no medical reason whatsoever, that I ended up having a hypertensive crisis. It turns out, he wanted to force me into early labor to get paid before he went of his scheduled skiing trip. He told me in these exact words that if I didn’t let him induce me that day, he would throw me out of his care and at 38 weeks pregnant, no doctor would take me that far in my pregnancy and I would end up having to give birth in the ER at Jackson Memorial next to a crackhead. The Director of Maternity Unit reported the incident to the Board of Obstetrics and an advocate visited me at my home to see if I wanted to follow through with the case but I regretfully let it go and I’m still triggered to this day. I was just grateful to have given natural birth to a healthy baby and blessed to have delivered with a different doctor. Dr. Triana also believes having natural delivery is “barbaric” as he describes it. If you’re reading this Dr. Triana, I have not fully recovered from the trauma and mistreatment you put me under. I hope you have found kindness in your heart to treat mothers in your care better."

"The Doctors and nurses are great; however, the front desk staff lacks customer service skills. Thank God Dr. Cardenas is on top of the clinic operations. His Office Manager called me to reschedule my appointment and apologized for the incident properly. I appreciate that they took the time to talk with me and work toward a solution. The front desk lady of the Doral Office had called me to reschedule my appointment because they will be closed on Presidents Day (which I understand), and they wanted to move my appointment to one month later. When I asked for earlier accommodation, they said they couldn’t and left me waiting for 10 minutes on the phone to come back with no solution, when I asked to speak with the Office Manager, they suddenly found a spot with another doctor. Seriously? Also, when I asked for the appointment details, the lady (who was rude) said that she could not send texts or emails."
