"Cano Health is robbing their patients and shareholders a like. Nothing short of criminal can result in going from $5 million in profit 1 quarter to $150 million in loss the next quarter and the verge of bankruptcy. The executives running Cano should be in prison for fraud, especially Marlow Hernandez. As a DO, I'm ashamed that he's a DO."

"ATTN TO DR MARLOW HERNÁNDEZ and board of Directors. I am a patient of the DENTAL office of CANO clinic located 3825 W 16 Ave Hialeah Fl. My name is Francisco Acosta Pérez. I feel disappointed by the attention received and the lack of responsibility of said DENTAL office. On April 20/2023 I went for a detached crown, the doctor tells me that he cannot glue it. He gave me 2 options: rebuild it completely by paying for it again or extract it. I chose extraction for the cheapest cost. I did not want to pay $1500 again. They ask me to go to the waiting area and after 30 minutes, they tell me that they cannot notify my insurance for approval. I rushed to work because I had been there all morning and my crown remained on the exam chair tray. That afternoon the dental manager call me and say that the extraction is approved, the insurance pays $300 and I pay $410 and I asked ,why it is so expensive? He said due to bone and membrane placement, Do not accept price because extractions are always covered by insurance. The Dr did not want to cancel the bone and membrane from treatment, so I asked them for my crown to go to another dental office and ask for a second opinion, which is my right. They lost my crown and since then I have been claiming without success. Even 2 weeks ago I called the headquarters and they transferred me to a 1-800 number where no one has called me yet. The local clinic’s dental manager only solution was to refer me to another dental office, but my Crown never showed up. I would like an investigation into what happened and that does not happen again to another patient, thank you very much, waiting for an administrator to contact me! "My mother in law went and was attended the doctor told her that she can apply for help for medicine and the lady rudely came out and said that her nationality doesn’t qualify I find that so disrespectful my mother in law has been living here since the 80s i find that so discriminatory unprofessional never going back there again"

"This clinic is a joke. Do not bother enrolling with them!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Their transport is horrible, they change pick up times at the very last minute without telling the patient. Customer service is the worse, nobody seems to care about the patient. When you finally get through to the actual clinic they can’t solve a minimal problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone!"
