"Been coming here for years, reluctantly only because they have my insurance on file—I won’t even bring my son here, I go to the one in town center for him. I’m not coming here again. Came in with severe back pain, was forced to make an appointment and sit in pain all day. Nurse was super nice and said I probably just needed a reset. Instead after telling the dr about my back spasm made me take multiple uncomfortable X-rays and a wait. Nurse came in and said I’d be given muscle relaxers. The dr he then prescribed me an aleve injection and aleve to take at home. If Aleve was all I needed I would have stayed home and saved myself a mail in $75 bill. Now I’m leaving in pain still, discouraged; after reading some reviews I’m glad I didn’t bother saying anything to them because I’m not the only one that has had issues and it clearly doesn’t matter as they continue to occur."

"Imagining center registration employee, Kirby L. in room 107 could not have been more helpful. He was a pleasure to talk with and easily accepted my registration for a chest xray. The xray was done within minutes in room 101 after completing the registration. Thumbs up to the Imagining Center and it's staff."

"Wife walked in with a hurt wrist. No one was in waiting room, they refused her without an “appointment”. Other lady walks in as my wife is about to leave and says she is “anxious and about to cry” and they took her right away. Confronted the check in about it and was told “they have to see if they can treat her”. Guess they pick and choose who they help. Why would you need an appointment only at an urgent care? Specially one with no one in the waiting room? Doesn’t make sense."

"Worse place ever, nurse didn't even bother to try to understand what happen for my son's exposed wound. Said to just let it heal on its own, crazy !!!!. Ran to an ER and had him stitched properly. Dont even bother going to this place they don't care about the actual patient they just want you in an out ."

"I'd never heard of this facility (specifically the Radiology Department, which is where I needed to go) and found them thru my health insurance company. When I saw the overall rating and read the comments on Google I became concerned, but figured I'd give them a shot anyway. My appointment was today at 10 am and I'm happy to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. I didn't have any wait time and the CT scan took all of 5 minutes. As a matter of fact, I was done even before my actual appointment time! In addition, the staff was very nice, and my report was ready in an hour or so. I would highly recommend Broward Health Weston."
