He’s an interesting mix of Physical Therapist, Myofascial Release practitioner, and an excellent listener. I mention that as he listens to your description of what hurts, combines that with his physical examination, and goes right to work to correct the issue. I hurt like heck after my first treatment, but then showed steady and quick relief. "I was more than pleased with the outcome of my treatment from Kris. He really did make my pain in my lower back feel much better and the pain actually when away. He shared a few stretching exercises for me to do at home. These exercises have helped my body to become more flexible. While I was seeing Kris, my heel on my right foot became sore to a point I could hardly walk. By applying pressure at the right locations, Kris was able to diminish the pain."
