"Poor staff communication, disrespected me in both calls I recvd frm her. I won't repeat the calls here, I notified Dr. Katz by letter & faxed. Seriously, she's the 1st medical staff I've seen or heard of talking rude & disrespecting pts & telling them thy shouldn't call the Dr with symptoms, wait till you have a visit. I have few serious permanent illnesses & I'm very cautioned & I see my Drs many visits per yr & I certainly have trust in my Drs caring for my problems (diagnosis). They are excellent, also being compassionate to pts & nvr allow a staff member be so disrespectful to ANY PT.. This is my complaint I wanted other pts to only beware of how 1 member is so rude! So far, I assume Dr. Katz is ok, I've only been seeing him since Nov.2023. Idk if there will be a future problem/s arise for him to address, we don't know our tomorrows! This day, I wud return for evaluation. Good luck anyone needing care (so far only being over staff disrespecting me when she calls me, I haven't been talked down to by anyone else). God Bless all.."

"Dr Katz and staff are wonderful. Had a knee replacement 3 years ago and he is an excellent surgeon and person. Staff were so polite and it was the best choice of doctors that I could have made. Highly recommend him."

"I had my right foot amputated 2 years ago. I went thru rehab and was discharged. After rehab I was walking and felt a sting in my left knee. 3 days later I couldn't put pressure on my left leg because of the pain. I went online and read about some of the orthopedic surgeons here in the area. My Dr. suggested Dr Katz. So I made an appointment with him. Some reviews I read didn't speak very highly of his office staff. Nothing could be further from the truth. Everybody at Dr Katz office has been great. Very kind professional and caring. Dr Katz did a clean out of my knee it's feeling better everyday. To everybody in the office Thank You....I apologize for not knowing your names but you guys have been great. Thanks Dr Katz you're awesome. And thanks to Karen PT......you're great."

"Wow! Just wow is all I can say! My mother called the office today and was treated very rudely by the office staff! Dr. Katz is a great doctor and he really should know just how bad his office staff treats potential patients who call for an appointment. After all, the office staff represents the doctor directly! This is a bad look for you Dr. Katz! When we are needing medical care we usually deal with kind, compassionate professionals in our time of need. This encounter was the total opposite!"
