"I have a knee that needs a cortisone shot every year or so. Since we are only wintering a few more weeks, I was trying to make it with anti-inflammatoires, but it wasn’t working. I called yesterday afternoon and was able to make an appointment for first thing this morning. I got there early, and they took me back almost immediately after finishing my paper work. The nurse, John, and Dr. Gonzales were friendly and efficient. There was also some trouble with my insurance and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to resolve the situation. I hope I don’t need a cortisone shot while I’m in the Venice area next year, but if do, I am going to a return here. I’m 24 hours out and the knee is pain free most of the swelling is gone."

"Please don’t go here. They really don’t deserve a dime for how terrible they treat people. I was referred to this office after a car accident over a year ago. We managed to make an appointment for my fractured hand and severally sprained ankle. First off. They took me to the room with the wrong chart after I clearly stated my name several times. We had to literally tell them to please stop relieving someone else’s PPI so if you think this staff has your privacy at heart. That’s incorrect. I had a spiral fracture in my hand. And I was given a brace and told to walk off a sprained ankle without a wrap or brace. Which was completely contradictory to the advice offered to the advice of the three other orthopedics I saw for starters and not possible due to the huge amount of pain I was in. Again I had been in a head on collision so I would think that would be obvious. But hey what do I know. Doctor Gonzales has terrible head side manor and it was clear he didn’t care about my recovery when it was appearing I didn’t need surgery. I understand he’s a surgeon but still I swear the quality aid care we revived when it wasn’t broken enough to need surgery dramatically decreased. Speaking of decreased service. The lovely fossil in the front desk or I think she might have been a receptionist. Though honestly a Radom person from the street probably would have had more manners. She was short and f on at out accused me of drug sealing behavior when my husband returned to ask for more pain pills days after the script they gave us was spent. I took them as directed. And was able to skip a few but as I said I WAS IN A HEAD ON CRASH which damaged my hand ,ankle and back. Plus all the minor bumps and bruises you’d expect. Thankfully we found advanced orthopedic in port Charlotte and they actually treated my injuries effectively and treated us with dignity. Please don’t both with this office. All the dr sees is dollar signs. The staff are incompetent and rude. All around not worth the time. Or any of the money. ."

"Dr. Ng took excellent care of me from beginning to end with my broken shoulder! She is very knowledgeable, professional and is up to date with the most current treatments! She has a great bedside manner and explains information in a way I can understand. I am six months out from surgery and am doing great! I would highly recommend her and encourage you to trust her with your Orthopedic issues. Thank you Dr. Ng and staff!"

"This office sincerely treats their patients like family. I've seen treated by Dr. Julio Gonzalez as well as his partner Dr. Ng. Both of them are caring and know their stuff. The office staff was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and when I had questions about my insurance and benefits they were happy to explain everything. My family comes here and i recommend my friends to this practice for sure!"
