"I suffer from several autoimmune disorders, fibromyalgia, neuropathy and pernicious anemia. I was in constant pain, percription meds (Simponia Aria, Orencia, steroids, Methotrexate) only took the edge off never stopped my pain. The side effects of these meds were causing other issues. I've been getting the NAD+IV since they opened, after a few loading doses the pain was gone. I am able to work in my yard again, get up and down without a struggle. I continue to take the NAD+ to maintain my level so the pain doesn't come back. I strongly recommend giving it a try."
