"I was referred to Dr Katz by the emergency room after I snapped my ankle sideways. Katz recommended no surgery for my injury and did countless xrays tracking my fractured fibula. I was put into a cast for 6 weeks and the Fibula healed just fine. My biggest complaint was my severely dislocated ankle. He refused to get me an MRI until months down the line and once I did, the MRI revealed the full extent of my ankle injury. By then it was too late and Dr Katz just dumped me onto another Doctor, stating he wasn't an ankle specialist (why was I referred here then??) Extremely disappointed in the care provided by Dr Katz, and he was always grumpy and rude."

"He did my knee replacement early 2000's. Now it's time for the other knee and I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is just a great doctor and a great human being. I highly recommend him."

"Just called to try to schedule an appointment for my daughter only because I was refferred to them by the emergency room and my daughter has a broken ankle and needs to see someone soon. Well who ever I spoke with ( she would not tell me her name or let me speak to a manager) she was the most rude person I have ever spoken to. I do not understand what her issue was, but she did not try to assist me she was nasty and said she has been there 8 years and that doctor would never agree to see my daughter however the emergency room assured me TWICE that they spoke to him and he agreed to do it. She didn't ask him she didn't say let me find out for you, nothing like that. I really hope this is not the only hope I have in this area bc I will just google how to cast it myself before I take my daughter there. I have called the emergency room back for assistance with this and I will be finding out who the actual manager is because she would not tell me."

"My experience at the office was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the office until the time I walked out I couldn't have asked for better care. Starting with the office staff which was top notch making me feel comfortable and at ease in a time where I didn't know what to expect. I was brought back to an office for my intake where the nurse was excellent, then for xrays which were quick and easy, then to see Dr Katz. The whole process was efficient. Dr. Katz examined my knee and then explained to me what his plan of action was. He asked me if I had any questions to ensure I understood what was gong to be happening. He was amazing. Next I was fit for a knee brace. The entire time the office manager, Nicole, was there to answer questions, get me set up for surgery, and honestly was just a sweetheart throughout the whole process. She made jokes to make me feel comfortable and made the experience personal. I felt important to the entire staff and knew my care was going to be excellent. Having surgery is scary but having a team like Dr. Katz and his staff make me feel confident that all will be fine and that I'm in good hands. I would highly recommend this office."

"A single staff member was incredibly disrespectful towards me. It began when the office made a mistake with my prescription. I was told that I would have to wait until the next morning to have it resolved even though the doctor was in the next room. Astonished, I asked for them to simply solve the problem some time that day. I was given a massive attitude. This attitude turned into the grudge. The next week they cancelled my appointment at the last minute by leaving me a voicemail. I didn't see the voicemail so I showed up and I was met again with attitude by this front office worker. The next week I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early, had to wait 45 minutes, then when the front office called me in the same front office worker gave me attitude and told me abruptly that "someone else had taken my spot". This kind of petty grudge holding is absolutely childish and this front office worker should be dealt with. Instead, the office manager refused to apologize for the way I was treated. Wrong move. I expected an apology from the front office worker. I was made to look as if I were the one at fault, but in reality I am unwilling to accept such horrible customer service. I want to point out that Dr Katz himself and the nurses are an absolutely A+ team. But I can't stay quiet about the way I was treated by the front office staff, and the way they failed to resolve the situation."
