"Disappointed with my Botox experience with Dr. Highsmith. I got 60 units for 3 spots, but the treatment was only 5-10% effective. Called the office and they told me to wait for a few weeks, but still no progress. Eventually they asked me to go back so the Dr can fix it. When I went back for the fix, Dr Highsmith asked me to pay again for the treatment and still there is no guarantee. It is like you receive a defective item, ask for a replacement but they not only charge you again but don't even guarantee the replacement item won't be defective! So disappointed! Smart way to make more money, but how can the patients trust you with such attitude?"
"Dr was seemingly very nice and knowledgeable. Just make sure you don’t have any post surgery issues after 10 days! If you do as I did and still do they will Charge you for the visit! Never heard of such situation. I’ve had many surgeries and Never Ever had this situation. When I called to let them know the doctor called and left a message that he was board certified.I remember years ago a surgeon at UCH on Fletcher was board certified and he Cut the wrong leg off a patient!"
