"Sent for chest X-ray by my dr and was taken care of very quickly. All staff very friendly and efficient especially X-ray technologist She took X-ray and said she was sending it over to radiologist. Still waiting over 24 hrs for results. My dr has checked twice still no reading. Very dissatisfied with radiology reading service"
"Terribly nice service at a terribly horrible price. Absolutely unsatisfactory billing practices from Sarasota Memorial's health system. Downright criminal, honestly. DO NOT USE THIS FACILTY - go elsewhere. Here's why: We were out of town but in-network when we visited this Urgent Care for our minor daughter. When we visit urgent cares in our area (east coast Florida), we pay about $95 for a standard visit after insurance is billed about $205. We were billed $488 for this visit, of which we now owe $213 out of pocket - for nothing other than a stethoscope and a few deep breaths! When I asked the patient advocacy folks why this was double the price of other visits elsewhere, we were simply told it's because it's a Sarasota Memorial Heath facility. For the health of your wallet, steer clear!"
"Visiting from out of state and Had to take my 2 year old and 10 month old to urgent care. Dr stone is wonderful with children, he did a very thorough assessment, explained everything to me, he was spot on with his diagnosis, and treated them appropriately. The check in process was so simple, wait time was absolutely minimal, nursing staff were friendly and caring, facility was clean, and best of all we were out of there in less than an hour! Ps I’m a nurse, and I would absolutely recommend this urgent care"
